Using the current phar from https://phar.phpunit.de/phpunit-beta.phar a Fatal Error is triggered trying to run any test suite.

PHP Fatal error:  Class 'SebastianBergmann\Environment\Runtime' not found in phar:///usr/local/bin/phpunit-beta/phpunit/TextUI/TestRunner.php on line 110

Taking a look into the build.xml file, maybe the copy of the sebastianbergmann/environment/src content into the phar path is missing.
