Include a column for papers with source publicly available #16

First of all, thank you for this awesome work.

One suggestion. Include a separated column with a link for the source-code. This would help finding implementation that we can easily adopt and test against.

This would be in the scope of this project?

That's a great idea! That'd be a great way to help people make the transition from reading the paper to reproducing and applying it!

In terms of guidelines, I guess we should highlight the official implementation whenever it is available. If there's no official implementation, we can just provide a link to a third-party implementation, maybe like the below?

@sebastianruder this sounds awesome. Yeah, sometimes there is a non official implementation like https://github.com/NLPLearn/QANet , so highlighting this information would be great +1
