I am trying to learn nlp and would like to follow nlp aficionados on twitter or mastodon. I have background in programming and love sharing. Let me know your twitter and mastodon handles. Here are mines:

Maybe we could setup a mastodon instance dedicated to NLP? WDYT?

Hello @amirouche

You can find Sebastian @seb_ruder on Twitter. I'd suggest you find more people to follow via #NLPProc and #NLP on Twitter. You are welcome to go ahead and make a Mastodon instance.

In fairness, I think most of us are spread too thin to use so many social media platforms.
I'd suggest trying to learn more folk already contributing on Slack/Twitter/Quora, several papers, and Github obviously.

Closing this issue as not relevant for now.
