"Show history" do not work in PB

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open a library in PB
2. right click and choose "Show history"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Normally, the Log Messages dialog displayed to show the history of the object, 
but there is nothing happens.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
TortoiseSVN 1.6.16
Subversion 1.6.17
PBSCC 2007-06-04
PB8
Windows7

Please provide any additional information below.
Another PC with the same version is working OK but my PC is not. How do I check 
the problem? Please help.
