Objects locked shows as unlocked after fusion

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Check-out an object in trunk, made a modification and save.
2. In OTHER branch, check-out other object, made modifications, save and 
check-in.
3. Merge branch in trunk.
4. Refresh status in trunk.

What is the expected output? 
In trunk, modified objects marked as ready to Get latest version and locked 
objects remains locked.

What do you see instead?
In trunk, modified objects AND locked objects marked as ready to Get latest 
version.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PBSCC Proxy : version 2.01.80 built on 2011-10-12
PBSCC Proxy : svn work dir: .svn
PBSCC Proxy : lock strategy : lock
PBSCC Proxy : export encoding : utf-8
Operating System: Windows 7.
