Check the benefits and create and set groups (-g) if desired.

We can use groups and group administrators to maintain users without being a system admin, enhancing security and reducing the need for account hopping.

To make use of this feature, however, the provisioning has to switch from the occ binary to the REST API and should be done in a later release.
