Original ticket: https://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/seccubus/ticket/73

dystrophy:
It would be nice to schedule the frequency of scans form the UI.
Thanks!

Frank:
I have this on the backlog (https://www.pivotaltracker.com/story/show/23100339) but not at a very high priority right now.
Can you explain how important this feature is for you?

dystrophy:
Thanks for the pivotaltracker link.
My use case for seccubus is to replace a painful sharepoint workflow that imports and munges nessus scan results for my group. This particular feature is only "nice to have eventually." I currently have a remote cli call setup for nessus to do scans on-demand (outside sharepoint workflow) that meets my need for the time being.
Thanks!

This would be a higher priority for me. I am in the situation where I need to run scans and the requests/needs are not at set times. The ability to run a scan without having to login to the SSH on the host and execute the CLI do-scan command would be very helpful.
Also, right now on a default install with a workspace and a scan setup, no scans are happening at this time "automatically" and I see no documentation on how to configure the schedule for the scans.
