Heya Saintlyfx,

Voice appears to be currently working okay at the location you gave above (http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Frosted%20Bloom/243/157/22).
If you are only having problems connecting to voice on one specific region, then I wouldn't worry about that too much. A region restart will probably fix this issue, but also double check to make sure voice is enabled at that location.

If you can no longer connect to voice on any region, then make sure that your firewall is not blocking slvoice.exe.

If voice sometimes connects for you & only fails to connect sometimes at login or after a teleport & you see an error message saying "We're having trouble connecting to your voice server" then you may be suffering from BUG-20075.
If BUG-20075 looks loike your problem, when voice fails to connect after a login or teleport, go to Me -> Preferences -> Sound & Media.
Untick the "Enabled" tick box next to Voice chat, wait a minute and then tick "Enabled" again & close the Preferences widonw using the "OK" button.
Voice should then reconnect.
