Actual Behavior

There is annoying outside Music entering my Linden home ... " I have a premium account " ...

Expected Behavior

I want to hear only my selected streaming music ..I now here both ... not this

Other information

I cannot turn it down .. I need it resolved .. it is an outside problem

Heya DoveIsland,

Are you able to find where the loud music source is located?
It's probably a media source actually.

When you hear the loud music, in the top right of the viewer, hover your mouse over the Play/Pause music media button and click the "More" button.

This will bring up a list of all music & media sources close by.
Currently playing music/media will be white and music/media not currently playing will be greyed out.

You should see your own parcel media audio stream in the list.

Any other items you see in the list that are not greyed out, left click each in turn to select it and then click the (+) button to zoom your camera onto that media/music source.

I suspect you may be suffering from this bug BUG-40937 - Shared media a great distance away (different region even) sometimes plays at maximum volume when entering a region or moving camera slightly.

If you don't use streaming media, if you go to Preferences -> Sound & Media, and untick "Media", does this stop the problem from happening?

You currently have no media set on your parcel (just your parcel music stream), but a few of your neighbours on the other side of the region have YouTube music videos playing on TV sets on their parcel.
Because of the bug above, you may be hearing those videos playing at full volume.
