Steps to Reproduce

Changing outfits at home

Actual Behavior

My worn tab in outfit contains every item in my received items folder.. and no linger have the received items folder..

Expected Behavior

All items to be where theyre supposed to be..

Other information

I can not even purchase from the marketplace as I have no received items folder

Heya Mucus,

There have been a few of cases of this recently - see BUG-5874 and linked issues.
So far it is a mystery how this is happening unless you accidently moved the Received items folder into another folder within the Recent tab of inventory.

Please can you try the following:

  • Login and purchase the following free item from the marketplace: https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Kyle-Linden-Bear-2011-Direct-Delivery/2155126
  • Once the item is delivered, open inventory and go to your Recent items tab.
  • It is probable that your Received Items folder has become misplaced inside another folder, so look inside any folders that now show in the Recent Items tab and see if you can see a normal folder in there named Received Items once the delivery has arrived.
  • If it doesn't show, in recent tab, go to filters and set back an hour or so or reset filters or choose always show folders.
  • If you can find the Received Items folder in Recent Items, drag it into the main My Inventory folder.
  • Then relog
