[BUG-6628] my Recieved items and the box or button is complety gone even items I paid for

Steps to Reproduce

I just logged in to my computer.

Actual Behavior

Today I notice when I log in my AVI wasn't there it was a cloud/ghost for ever over and over so I kept clearing cache re-logging and removing and adding ALL back to my computer basically following the forums I notice in the editing box it said I had all these outfits that I didn't too. Finally I went to a basic AVI and started over again but now I have lost my received items folder or button in my inventory even in SL viewer and SL firestorm I really need this box back soon because there are items I paid for in there. I can't wear stuff I buy at all I'm kind of just struck on SL I don't want to start over I spend too much money on this AVI

Expected Behavior

logging in and expecting to see my AVI and everything else

Heya LeluTank,

There have been a few cases of this recently - see BUG-5874 and linked issues.
So far it is a mystery how this is happening unless you accidently moved the Received items folder into another folder within the Recent tab of inventory.

Please can you try the following:

• Login and purchase the following free item from the marketplace: https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Kyle-Linden-Bear-2011-Direct-Delivery/2155126
• Once the item is delivered, open inventory and go to your Recent items tab.
• It is probable that your Received Items folder has become misplaced inside another folder, so look inside any folders that now show in the Recent Items tab and see if you can see a normal folder in there named Received Items once the delivery has arrived.
• If it doesn't show, in recent tab, go to filters and set back an hour or so or reset filters or choose always show folders.
• If you can find the Received Items folder in Recent Items, drag it into the main My Inventory folder.
• Then relog
