Heya Brancolitoralsp,

Because you are new, you will have been given one of the new fitted mesh starter avatars.
There is a known problem with these avatars on AMD graphics cards with certain graphics settings - please see BUG-5156 and BUG-5139 for this bug.

If you are able to update your graphics driver to the latest 14.4 catalyst, part of this bug will be fixed.
You are using the Catalyst 12.5 driver currently.
The latest driver for you card can be downloaded here: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows%208.1%20-%2064#amd-catalyst-packages
If you are unsure if this is the correct driver for your card or your system is a laptop, please use the AMD autodetect tool to update your drivers: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/auto-detect-tool

Once your driver is updated, the bug filed at BUG-5139 will be fixed and you wlll see non-fitted rigged mesh display correctly on all graphics settings.

The driver update does not fix the glitching on Fitted mesh however. You will need to change some graphics settings to fix this:

  • Go to Me -> Preferences -> Graphics -> Advanced.
  • Tick "Advanced Lighting Model" - enabling this setting may cause a drop in performance.
  • If ticking advanced lighting model does not help, then go to Me -> Preferences -> Graphics -> Advanced and untick "Hardware skinning".
  • Be aware that disabling hardware skinning can cause a large performance drop on some systems.

If you are still having problems viewing your avatar correctly, please go to Me -> Choose an avatar -> choose any of the avatars from the Classic tab - these avatars are not fitted mesh and will not have this bug for you.

Hope that helps :)

Oh ooops. Actually, your card is now on legacy support from AMD and it appears the latest driver version available is the 13.9 Catalyst: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop/legacy?product=legacy2&os=Windows%207%20-%2064

It would be best to update to the 13.9 driver, but you will need to change the graphics settings I mentioned above to fix the bug with your starter avatar. Or, just change over to using one of the Classic starter avatars which do not have this bug.

Thank you. I upload my video drive, but don´t work.
But the tip of the configuration it's work perfectly. The option "Advanced Lighting Model" fix the bug. Thank's.
