The media player boxes information don t close no matter what i try and neither X works or the OK to close it so i have my screen full of information boxes frozen for 4 days now.
Actual Behavior
Many information boxes opened in the right side of my sl screen saying that the media player can t open for the region where i was entering
Expected Behavior
i was entering the Portugal SIM
Other information
I was expecting those boxes to close with OK or X didn t work maybe it s a bug???

This problem with the "No Media Plugin was found to handle the "text/html" mime type. Media of this type will be unavailable." notifications being spammed like this can happen if the viewer cannot find the file named slplugin.exe within the viewer install folder.
The most likely cause of this is that your antivirus software has deleted or blocked slplugin.exe.
If you go into the viewers install folder, you should see a file named slplugin.exe in there. If it is missing then your security software deleted it. If it is present then your security software blocked it.
If slplugin.exe is present, whitelist it with your security software.
If slplugin.exe isn't present, reinstall the viewer but do not launch it. Check that slplugin is now present and add it to your security software whitelist before you launch the viewer.
