Steps to Reproduce

Reviewing posts in SL Answers

Actual Behavior

I successfully posted a response to an OP's question - Picture attached
When refreshing the Answers page, the post is missing - Picture attached.
This happens rarely. All other posts were successful this morning.

Expected Behavior

The post to the OPs question to be present.
