i logged in an me an everyone around me is streached like a rubber ban

i logged in an was not looking normal. im streached out like a rubber band

look like a person

Heya Maggie,

There is a known problem with some rigged mesh and fitted mesh on AMD graphics cards with certain graphics settings - please see BUG-5156 and BUG-5139 for this bug.

If you are able to update your graphics driver to at least the 14.4 catalyst, part of this bug will be fixed.
You are using the Catalyst 11.6 driver currently.
The latest driver for you card is unfortunately the 13.9 Catalyst because this card is now on legacy support from AMD - it can be downloaded here: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop/legacy?product=legacy2&os=Windows%207%20-%2064

If you are unsure if this is the correct driver for your card or your system is a laptop, please use the AMD autodetect tool to update your drivers: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/auto-detect-tool

There is a fix for the BUG-5156 problem in the SnowStorm-RC viewer, which can be downloaded here: http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Release_Notes/Second_Life_Project_Snowstorm/3.7.20.296071

Becaue you cannot update to the 14.4 catalyst driver, you will still see some rigged mesh as deformed but you can change some graphics settings to fix the bug:

• Go to Me -> Preferences -> Graphics -> Advanced.
• Tick "Advanced Lighting Model" - enabling this setting may cause a drop in performance.
• If ticking advanced lighting model does not help, then go to Me -> Preferences -> Graphics -> Advanced and untick "Hardware skinning".
• Be aware that disabling hardware skinning can cause a large performance drop on some systems.
