[BUG-7905] I loged on and my avatar was gliched and i tried to log off and it still wouldnt work.

Steps to Reproduce

I was shopping in a store on there but I close my PC and when I loged back on it gliched.

Actual Behavior

i loged on and my avatar was gliched and wouldn't move. it began to but It was still gliched.

Expected Behavior

that I would just reset but it didn't.

Heya Cleo,

There is a known problem with some rigged mesh and fitted mesh on AMD graphics cards with certain graphics settings - please see BUG-5156 and BUG-5139 for this bug.
You are a new Resident so you will have been given one of the new fitted mesh starter avatars, which unfortunately are affected by this bug.

If you are able to update your graphics driver to at least the 14.4 catalyst, part of this bug will be fixed.
You are using the old Catalyst 13.9 driver currently.
The latest driver for you card is the 14.9 Catalyst which can be downloaded here: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows%208.1%20-%2064
(Note: Do not choose the 14.11.2 Beta driver - this driver has a bug which causes all rigged mesh to be invisible)

If you are unsure if this is the correct driver for your card or your system is a laptop, please use the AMD autodetect tool to update your drivers: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/auto-detect-tool

There is a fix for the BUG-5156 problem in the SnowStorm-RC viewer, which can be downloaded here: http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Release_Notes/Second_Life_Release/3.7.21.296724

Once your driver is updated and you change to using the SnowStorm-RC viewer, this bug should be fixed for you.
