[BUG-8643] Error opening win_crash__logger.exe for writing during Viewer upgrade

Steps to Reproduce

Starting SL Viewer. Received automatic update

Actual Behavior

During viewer upgrade, received error message:
Error opening file for writing:
c:\Program Files (x86)\SecondLfeViewer\win_crash_logger.exe
Ignoring error allowed install to proceed without problem.

Expected Behavior

Nothing
