Hello Pettycoat,

This is most likely a duplicate report of BUG-7873. When you encounter errors are they similar to those pictured in BUG-11013?

If so, we are aware of this issue and are working on a solution. In the mean time you can manually quit the win_crash_ogger.exe process.

  1. Right-click on your windows task bar at the bottom of the screen

  2. Select Start Task manager

  3. Select Show all processes

  4. Select win_crash_logger.exe

  5. Click the End Process button

Now you should be able to install Second Life without any issue. You may download a fresh copy of Second Life from https:/get.secondlife.com

    Thank you
