How would you like the feature to work?

Residents: An extra field in the profile properties like "Indexable by search engines"
Groups: An extra field in the group properties like "Indexable by search engines"

Why is this feature important to you? How would it benefit the community?

Old (or private) groups that owners deem inactive are still listed and indexed by search engines, which may not be preferable.
Same goes for residents, they may not wish to be listed by search engines, in the same way that they can choose already not to appear in the in world search.
