[BUG-203017] Animation BigSmile takes more than 2 minutes to fetch when used in gestures

Steps to Reproduce

Go to Library and play gestures ":-D" (Very Happy) and "/chuckle

Actual Behavior

Note how long it takes to play the animation BigSmile. If you have a stopwatch, you may find it takes more than 2 minutes.

Expected Behavior

That the animation would be fetched and played much quicker.

Other information

Initially, this could also be reproduced with the ":-) (Happy) gesture, but when I toggled the Active checkbox, animation started to fetch immediately. This workaround has not been successful with BigSmile animation.
