[BUG-216113] Screen keeps glitching and making it impossible to do anything.

Steps to Reproduce

I was opening the application after installing it onto my laptop.

Actual Behavior

I am a new user and just re-installed this program for the second time but still to no avail it keeps glitching every time I open the application. When I open the application the screen starts to glitch and flicker making it almost impossible to maneuver anything. It is very hard trying to close the application unless i minimize the screen and log off of it that way. I dont understand why the screen keeps glitching and making it impossible to play your game.

Expected Behavior

I was expecting it to run smoothly as it should have been.

Other information

I would like to play the game without any glitching. Get it together.

Hiya Hadranielle,

I suspect you may be seeing the problem filed at BUG-10819 as you have Intel HD 520 graphics & you are using one of the older intel graphics drivers which is known to have this bug.
Hopefully updating your Intel graphics driver will fix this problem.

You can use the Intel driver update utility from https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html to find the latest driver for your card.
