[BUG-216130] Gestures Taking extremely long to play when used

Steps to Reproduce

Playing any Gesture from my inventory

Actual Behavior

When ever you activate a gesture it seems to take anywhere from instantly to upwords of 5 minutes for it to show up in local. This happens on all sims. with lag. without lag, and in the default Viewer as well as the Firestorm Viewer ive checked for packet loss there is no problem there as well as i seem to not be the only one there are multiple people complaining about this at first i assumed chat lag but that usually lasts a day or 2...it's been going on now for about a week at least

Expected Behavior

The Gesture to play within local chat within a few seconds to a minute at most

Hiya Roland,

I suspect you are seeing the bug filed at BUG-139305.
Are the gestures that have the delay all using either the BigSmile or the Open Mouth animation?
