My issue is that the viewer screen is very messed up. I can not see my Avi, nor much else. I have no idea what is going on but if someone could tell me how to fix it I would greatly appreciate it.

I can only guess what the problem is without more information about exactly how the viewer screen is messed up.
However I'm fairly certain you are suffering from the bug filed at BUG-10819, because you have Intel(R) HD Graphics 530 graphics & you are using one of the older graphics driver versions that suffers from this bug.
If BUG-10819 is your problem then you will be seeing crazy big triangles & planes flashing all over the screen when there is an avatar near by (including yourself) wearing any rigged mesh that has a face with a texture set to alpha blending mode.
Luckily there is an easy fix for this bug & that is to update your graphics driver for the intel card.
Your system also appears to be an optimus laptop that has dual graphics, so switching over to using the Nvidia graphics card will also fix this problem.
Your system information shows Windows Graphics Driver Version: 21.21.13.7654, which an Nvdia graphics driver.
From this I conclude you have a dedicated Nvidia card on your system, not just the integrated intel graphics.
However the viewer is using the Intel graphics, which are not as powerful.
To make the viewer use the Nvidia card, you need to do the following:
If you right click the Second Life viewer shortcut, you may see an option to run using the high performance (Nvidia) graphics.
It should be called "Run with graphics processor..." & give you a choice of the Nvidia or intel card.
If you don't see that option then enable it like this: http://acer--uk.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/9073/~/assigning-a-graphics-card-to-an-application-with-nvidia-optimus
(That's an Acer forum but the method is the same for most optimus laptops.)
It's better however to just have the viewer automatically run using the Nvidia card.
This video explains how to set that: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xz4dG_lA4Ug - follow the "Assigning graphics solution for an application" steps starting at 57s.
Does this fix your problem?
If it does not, please can you explain in mre detail how your viewer screen is messed up.
Can you also take a screenshot showing the problem and attach the image to this JIRA issue using More Actions -> Attach files.
