[BUG-226836] [EEP] My Environments - Unable to see new empty folders created within the Settings folder. #5283

Steps To Reproduce

  • World -> Environment -> My Environments.

  • Right click the Settings folder -> New Folder.

    Observed Behaviour

  • The New folder isn't visible in My Environments.

  • The New Folder is visible in Inventory.

  • You need to add a setting to the new folder in Inventory for it to show up in My Environments.

    Expected Behaviour

    To see empty folders in My Environments if the empty folders are within the Settings system folder.

This is expected behavior. My Environments only shows folders containing a Setting.
