[BUG-227864] Again, scripts fail until region restarts

What just happened?

the same as in BUG https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/BUG-227776 and https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/BUG-227669 and all its duplicates

What were you doing when it happened?

using a HUD as attachment

What were you expecting to happen instead?

my script to work

Other information

there are no llLIsten events involved or rezzing of items. the only call is to linked prims with LlSetLinkPrimitiveParamsFast - and a region restart fixes the issue usually

YT, Can you pass a copy of the object with the scripts that are causing problems to me.  I need to see exactly what they are doing in order to diagnose the issue.
