[BUG-228245] [Feature Request] 'Show Debit Perms Dialogs' viewer setting that, when off/unchecked, blocks debit permissions dialogs from showing.

This feature request is for a 'Show Debit Perms Dialogs' viewer setting that, when off/unchecked, blocks debit permissions dialogs from showing when received and instead, generates a system message telling the user, "Debit permission dialogs have been blocked from showing. If you are attempting to set up an ad board, vendor or skill gaming machine go to Prefs > Advanced and check 'Show Debit Perms Dialogs'". There should also be mention of trust and potential dangers.

The 'Show Debit Perms Dialogs' setting is off/unchecked by default and does NOT save its state when relogging.
It will be off every log on.
It requires to user to manually turn it on whenever they need to explicitly grant debit permission to an object they own.

Once checked, any pending debit perms dialogs running in the background will then show.

99.999% of users in SL will never need to use debit permissions.
There are scammers that prey on users that are ignorant of this permission or those that accidentally click "Agree" when they might have been closing other dialog menus or meant to click an HUD button in the same screen space. I, myself have accidentally clicked on a dialog that popped up in the middle of interfacing with another dialog or HUD.

This setting will give peace of mind to both the very few who use debit perms and the major that do not.
