Using a library preset "Nacon's nighty fog" the moon is a black disk.
It noticeably behaves as if full bright.
adding the smallest amount of light (try 0.001 on the blue)
will tip it into not being black, and instead push it to be fully lit.
any other adjustments to the sun "colour" will make no difference, https://gyazo.com/1ca878776d0aa3413e14d014b14533a6
The bug is in two parts, firstly the moon should never be fully black (and Fullbright) but perhaps more importantly, the sunlight effect on the moon should not be boolean
What were you doing when it happened?
playing with other EEP bugs
What were you expecting to happen instead?
have a visible moon.
Other information
This probably relates BUG-226759 and BUG-228917
The setting is not important, it is just convenient to use the Nacon's preset because it is a library preset available to all users that is clearly broken.
Any EEP preset with a fully black sun will result in the fully black moon.
[EEP] Moon is black if Sun color is black and Atmospheric shaders are enabled.
