Current behavior:
Default branch is master

Expected behavior:
Default branch is main

I think we can really just rename using WebUI. GitHub even gives us redirects and offers help to contributors on how to change local config. ❤️

Based on a quick code search, we should at least update python-tuf's tox.ini.
