Summary

Currently, almost all Secutils.dev functionality requires the user to be authenticated, which makes it hard to share any generated content (CSP, certificates, tracked resources, etc.) with other people who might not be Secutils.dev users yet. This makes collaboration very challenging and severely constrains Secutils.dev adoption.

In the scope of this issue, we should decide what content might be worth sharing and how to make sharing simple and secure, implementing this functionality at least for one content type.

Ground work and CSP sharing have been done in fa013b1 and secutils-dev/secutils-webui@bc0c67e. Sharing support for other resources will be handled in the scope of dedicated issues linked to this one.
