Install script with prelude-manager db configured for postgres option did not work

When installing the prelude-manager package attempts to automatically install a database and offers either mysql or postgres. The postgres option failed to work requesting postgresql client be installed first and that it can't be checked automatically.

To reproduce. Download and install lubuntu 14.05. Run davix-install-all.sh.
