[API] Migrate to seekrstack

Seekrstack is in a private github repo for now. As soon as it is close usable (basic features like database view) it will be public.

Seekrstack replaces the api libary of seekr (only the code api part) and uses a SQL table database. The gin webframework is being replaced with fiber and the api structure is new propably getting rid of /api.

It complety breaks compatibility with erverything so propably going to take a few weeks untils it is usable. Since it's a rewrite of the biggest part of the api some changes in web are required but it's far away from being at a point where web changes are even a concern.
