Describe the bug
In Home page "Apply" button is not visible

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Home page
2. Click on "Apply" button
3. When user is hover that button then it will visible
4. See error

Expected behavior
That "Apply" button need to visible clearly
