Add Installation and Configuration docs for running CoH Client

Summary

Since this will likely be the repo most end users visit (to acquire SEGSLauncher) we should have clear and concise Installation and Configuration docs for setting up SEGSLauncher and the CoH client

Just started looking at using Nullsoft Scriptable Installer for the Windows version. I thin that is what was used for the i0/1 files that users can get from the torrent. That should help with the Windows users. I'll whip up something for Mac and Linux.
