SDK does not build/is out of date with Sei chain

Hey there, i pulled down the SDK code and noticed that there were parts of the code that were outdated (canceling orders, and a small thing with oracles).

After a little bit of digging, i was able to come up with a couple of fixes to get the SDK compiling again. I was wondering if i could make a pull request for the changes and hopefully get this SDK back into a usable state?
