I am not sure how to find build id, but the game is up-to-date per the last patch on Jan 27/28 from a save file created after that update.

i'm sincerely hoping Sekai is taking the time right now to properly proofread the entire script and fix/rewrite as necessary, but honestly I doubt it
they fixed the major bugs making it unplayable, now they move on to either some pointless features (achievements at this point are far too late, especially since tons of people played on legacy branch etc.), or to the next game in their list of like what, 12? ongoing projects to fuck up (like harvest festa!)
