EdgeDriver Manager script needs an update.

The text "This version of MSEdgeDriver only supports ..." was changed to "This version of Microsoft Edge WebDriver only supports ..." in the internal MSEdgeDriver code, which means that I need to update SeleniumBase to correctly parse the changed output so that the correct version of Microsoft Edge WebDriver can be downloaded to support the version of Edge that's currently installed. The version that's needed is listed after Current browser version is ....
