Preload jQuery during Demo Mode on page loads

Instead of loading jQuery during SB Messenger notifications during Demo Mode, it might be a good idea to load it as soon as there's a new page load. That way there's less to load later when there's an assertion alert pop-up, which loads Messenger JS and theme CSS files such as "Future" and "Flat".
