Issue with pytest-html reports on Windows #343

pytest-html reports are broken on Windows due to pytest-dev/pytest-html#214 . Waiting on them for a fix.

This can be fixed by rolling back pytest-html from 1.21.1 to 1.20.0

This was fixed by the rollback of pytest-html to 1.20.0 in #344
