Describe the package you'd like

Hardhat provides an extensible system into which external plugins can be integrated. Since some Semaphore scripts for deploying contracts are not trivial, as they often require external libraries and plugins, a Hardhat plugin that provides ready-to-use tasks for deploying Semaphore verifiers and contracts can be very practical.
