My ASP.NET project contains many .cshtml files. My PHP project contains .html.twig files. I would like semgrep to scan these automatically using the HTML rules.

Thanks for the report -- we should probably have a list of general extensions which contain html e.g. jsp per language and include the file definitions in the include field for all 'html' style rules
