biblatex-sp-unified doesn't implement all listed bib commands #2

For instance, http://info.semprag.org/basics lists \seccitet and \seccitealt among others, but these are not implemented in sp-authoryear-comp.cbx or elsewhere when using the [biblatex]{sp} documentclass option. Should we remove the unsupported cite commands from the basics.md page or implement them?

We should implement them. I don't use them but they've been part of our documentation for so long that it makes sense to provide them. Do you want to give a shot at implementing them in the biblatex-sp-unified repo and then we can pull them into the sp-tex system?
