多开gocq情况下似乎会随机选一个账号作为send账号
有时候启动就会出现gocq报错：未添加XX为好友
能否制定一个Bot的账号呢

前者是bug，后者是gocq侧的保护

原来是Bug，后者应该就是随机到了没有加我好友的账号然后向我send了> 前者是bug，后者是gocq侧的保护
