It looks like you have copied the rules written for a Symfony project, while this is a CLI project

Is there a CLI project default configuration ? I just find the whole configuraion: https://insight.sensiolabs.com/help/insight-yml-configuration.html

Well, your exclude_patterns config does not make sense for this project. there is no such file
