Customizable message in title bar

Hi,
I'd like to submit a feature request to provide a simple way to post a message in Uchiwa that will be displayed to all users on all pages.

In my case, I'll be retiring a Sensu cluster soon, so I'd like to display a disclaimer with retirement dates and contact information in the header in each page of Uchiwa. Currently, it seems that the only way to do this is to find the right spot in uchiwa-web and make manual edits, which is ugly and tedious.
