I can't think what I could be doing wrong, but being new to Shortcuts, I'm hoping it's me.

I've written a shortcut that mounts a server if I'm on the same network as the server. It has an embedded shell script for most of the heavy lifting. If I run it from Shortcuts, it does mount the server. I installed your plugin (yay!) and pointed to the shortcut. It autofilled "All" for the folder, "Toggle Off" for Accessibility, Samantha for the voice, HOldTime 5.0, and Override Title toggle on. I have no clue what any of those options mean so I left them alone.

Am I missing something fundamental about how this should work?

Hey, @NosillaCast!

Glad you're getting the hang of Shortcuts! Let's get you up to speed!

I just want to touch on the features real quick.

  • The "All" folder is the default selection for a new Shortcut Key. Once you select a key, that is inside one of your folder's, we'll detect that & automatically default to said folder. 😅
  • Override Title: This will force the text on the physical Stream Deck Key, to the name of your Shortcut.
  • Accessibility Mode: This toggles the Accessibility feature on/off.
    • Voice: This allows you to customize the voice you'll be hearing.
    • HoldTime: This is the amount of time the user must press the key, before execution of the Shortcut

The fact that you're seeing the other accessibility options, even with the feature "Toggled Off", tells me this is a bug with the Property Inspector. Go ahead & follow these steps to get the logs for the Property Inspector, & kindly attach them. If you want to fetch the back-end logs, too, they may be useful.

In a future update, I plan to include tooltips, to explain these features. The UI is super restrictive, sadly. Elgato's working on it, though...

Lastly, can you post your Mac's model, CPU, GPU, Ram, & macOS version?
