User should be able to browse files on a (hardcoded) share & launch media in a player

  • get error state from vlc -> if eror prompt for download and try (or also try other players)
  • stop refresh of data on restart (causes position loss)
  • remember current directory for restart (start from computer task and add tasks to task stack for restore?)
  • move up to bottom
  • add a refresh button next to up
  • if dir is shallow but has multiple movies then they should show as normal (just one row) (Alien - quadrilogy)
  • sometimes screen is blank when go back to browse activity
  • some crashes when retruning to browse activity
  • check if exoplayer buffering is happening in main thread - find some way to push it to bg
  • show a dialog if there is a playback error (e.g. fargo avi in vlc)
  • install vlc help
  • install mxplayer help & launch intents (check if smb supported)

Bugs:

  • Play file if only one movie in selected dir
  • Go Up to shares
  • order dirs
  • order files
  • ellipsize movie text when selected
  • order categories alphabetically
  • Show better icons
  • fit icon in centre
