redesign tables list in mysql dump export dialog

remove the refresh table button
replace the check all/check none by placing the tables list in an outline-view-group under the
database name (so you tick/untick the database to select all/none of the tables).

The export system is getting an entire overhaul.
The tables list will be implemented differently
