I am not sure what's happened to the project but it seems to have stalled

However the latest test build available here seems to have the problem fixed

I don't understand how it's stalled when I keep receiving updates through the app. It just updated itself a week or so ago and now I too am getting the same issue posted here: EVERY time I close a tab, the app crashes.
