What's the Problem You're Trying to Solve?

We are trying to setup pipeline to pass when percentage failures are 97%. is it possible to have env variable that will set report pass to specific percentage?

If you mean for the colours, that isn't really how the percentages work. The colours represent the presence or absence of failing tests - any failing test will cause a non-green colour. You are welcome to propose a PR to make this configurable - it would involve mostly changes in the FTL templates.
