Probably because username was 18 chars, so problem with code, that didn't check result of its action.

And yes, it didn't list in web app and I cannot login with it.

P.S. MySQL root pass don't match with system root. Where I can get it?

Vesta store mysql root password in the /usr/local/vesta/conf/mysql.conf
